| New Potato Bake |

Ingredients:

2 pounds small new potatoes, halved |
| |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
| |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
| |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
| |
6 large cloves garlic, unpeeled |

| |
Directions:
Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and drizzle with 1 - 2 teaspoons oil.
Sprinkle on the remaining ingredients and use your hands to toss it all together until all potatoes are lightly coated with oil.
Spread out in a single layer and bake in a 350 oven for 25 - 35 minutes.
The garlic can be squeezed out of its skin and used as a spread for the potatoes.
